* 4EU+ Project Support
******************************************************************************************
Within the 4EU+ Alliance, we provide both administrative and financial support to students
involved in developing cooperation among partner universities.
Support is provided in two main forms:
• Institutional Support – offered by the individual universities within the Alliance (at C
University through the Rectorate).
• Alliance Support – granted directly by the governing bodies of the 4EU+ Alliance.
The key difference lies in the decision-making process: institutional support is awarded b
university, whereas alliance support is allocated by the designated 4EU+ bodies. However,

intended exclusively for activities that advance the strategic goals of the 4EU+ Alliance.

Institutional Support
Charles University supports activities that strengthen cooperation in education, science,
through several project schemes. Applications for funding may be submitted under the unive
for excellence and opportunities within the 4EU+ Alliance (FoCUs: 4EU+).
The FoCUs: 4EU+ programme provides support for student and academic teams at Charles Unive
implementing joint projects with partners from other 4EU+ universities, as well as for aca
mobility within the Alliance. The scheme builds on previous academic and student minigrant
mobility opportunities.
Alliance Support
As part of its alliance-level support for 4EU+ cooperation, the 4EU+ Alliance regularly la
